What our customers are saying.

  • Katrine Gellatly

I started with Pilates Focus four years ago after having my daughter. Very quickly I discovered that despite years of competitive sport, weight training and yoga I had never (until starting pilates) learned how to engage my abdominal core properly. Four years later I’m enjoying the strength and flexibility that Pilates develops.

    - Katrine Gellatly

Pilates is a form of exercise, developed by Joseph Pilates, which emphasizes the balanced development of the body through core strength, flexibility, and awareness in order to support efficient, graceful movement.

Pilates Focus can help you achieve your goals.
