Personalised programme sessions
You and up to three others per instructor are guided through personalised programs, using various apparatus. Each person has their own programme, specific to their needs.
Group classes
You are part of a group of up to 12 people, all doing the same one hour full body workout with our instructor demonstrating and cueing the class.
